Transfer News: signing, facts, rumors and gossip.
Today’s focus: Bernd Leno…

Mirror mentioned a report from Bild of how Liverpool got to Bernd Leno with a wooping £22 million price before Arsenal could get him from Bayer Leverkusen.

Following Lori’s karius poor performance with real Madrid in the champions league final klopp has been in search of a new number one and with both PSG and Roma having extravagant prices to their name and signature, klopp has been forced to look further bad else where.

Bernd Leno on the other hand is looking more promising amongst the sales rate. It doesn’t mean he is cheap or low in productivity, as a matter of fact the 26 year old is one of the most consistent goalkeeper in the Bundesliga after leaving Stuttgart from Leverkusen in 2011. Last season Bernd Leno finished with 10 clean sheets in 33 Bundesliga games.

Leno skills had grown loud and the English sides have been noticing his skills and are striving for his signature.

Apparently daily star reported earlier this week that arsenal had plans to swoop for the youngster goalkeeper this summer following they had preliminary talks already last month.

Arsenals boss has been in search for a replacement of his goalkeeper taking that Petr Cech is now 36 and David Ospina not finding his place fruitful in the team in the recent years.

However, Liverpool’s movement to get Bernd Leno may just be the hijack against arsenal. Mirror further cited a report from Bild claiming that the reds had tabled £22 million bid for Leno’s signature.
